- Auto-Toner Program for Hassle-Free Service: Many of our customers opt for our Auto-Toner program. With this setup, toner is automatically sent to you when levels get low—no need to place an order. And here’s the key: when toner arrives as part of the Auto-Toner program, your invoice will show $0, as it’s included in your service contract.
- Manual Orders: If you prefer ordering toner as needed rather than automatic deliveries, we’ll send your toner only after you’ve placed an order. Just like with auto-toner, your invoice will show $0 if it’s part of your managed service agreement.
- Zero-Charge Invoices for Service Customers: Any toner ordered through FX Business Technologies under a managed service contract is invoiced at $0. If you ever receive an invoice with a charge for toner outside of this arrangement, it’s not from us.
